Cancellation Policy:

  1. What are the cancellation policies at The Lazy Pandas?
    • We would love to cater to our Pandas, but in case there are unavoidable circumstances, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
    • Cancellation made before 30 Days – 90% Refund, Cancellation made within 21-29 Days – 75% Refund, Cancellation made within 15-19 Days – 50% Refund, Cancellation made within 14 Days – No Refund
    • If train tickets are a part of the package you booked then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account once received.
    • Tickets Cancellation Charges + Agent Charges will cost extra Amount which will be deducted from the amount received from IRCTC.
  1. How do I cancel if I booked at The Lazy Pandas?
    • You can apply for cancellation by calling our Helpline Number at 9913842844 / 9173879764 between 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you may email us at thelazypandas2011@gmail.com
  1. How much time does the process of refund take at The Lazy Pandas?
    • Your refund process will take 7-15 working days from the date of applying for the refund.
  1. In which mode my amount will be refunded?
    • Your payment will be refunded through UPI mode.
  1. What is the process of rescheduling my booking for a different date.
    • Rescheduling dates within the same trip – 20% of trip charges. – Subject to availability*
    • End moment rescheduling i.e. 15 days before is not possible, in that case, it will be dealt as per our cancellation policy.
      • With respect to amount paid as a booking token i.e Rs 1500, in case of cancellation will be non-refundable in all scenarios.
      • Your booking is Non Transferable.
      • Once the trip is rescheduled, traveller cannot cancel the trip, if it is cancelled no refund is given at any point of time.
